This weekly gym workout plan is designed for women of all fitness levels, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and achieve your fitness goals. Remember, consistency is key, so aim for 3-4 gym sessions per week with rest days in between for recovery.

Warm-Up (5-10 minutes):
- Light cardio: Get your blood pumping with jumping jacks, jogging in place, or brisk walking.

Monday: Lower Body Strength
